- Passenger name and contact details.
- Pickup, drop-off, flight and journey information.
- Passenger, luggage and requested child-seat details.
- Payment status and transaction references; we do not store banking-app credentials.
Why we use it
Data is used to create the booking, coordinate the transfer, send operational updates, prevent fraud, provide support and meet accounting or legal requirements.
Service partners
Necessary journey information may be shared with payment processors, local transport providers, mapping, flight-information and communication services. Providers receive only the data needed for their role.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Google tags may send limited cookieless technical signals while analytics and advertising storage remain denied. If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and Google Ads measures campaign performance using analytics and advertising cookies and technical information such as browser, device and page viewed. Advertising personalization remains disabled, and booking or payment pages are excluded. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Retention and security
Booking and accounting records are retained only as long as operational, contractual or legal obligations require. Access is restricted and sensitive integrations use server-side credentials.
